Catch churn risk
before the renewal call.

Onboarding, tickets, renewals: the signals are already there, scattered across your tools. We build the systems that pull them together, so the first sign of trouble isn't a client escalation or a cancellation email.

Where AI earns its keep.

Give every account the same strong start

Onboarding runs differently depending on who's running it.

A great onboarding lives in one person's head, or in a doc nobody opens twice. The next hire either shadows someone for a month or improvises.

We build a repeatable path from signed contract to live account: a kickoff checklist, the config and data collection templated, AI drafting the setup summary and the first check-in from the account's own details. A person reviews and sends. Every account gets the same strong start, whether it's your best rep's tenth onboarding or a new hire's first.

WORKS AT: any team where onboarding still lives in one person's head.
Catch churn risk before the renewal call

The first sign of trouble is the cancellation email.

Usage dropping off, tickets turning terse, a champion who's gone quiet: each one alone looks like noise. Together, three weeks before the renewal call, they're a pattern nobody was watching for.

We combine usage data, ticket volume and tone, and time since last login into a weekly flag per account, with the reason attached. Not a score. A sentence you can act on: login activity down 60% in three weeks, two open tickets aging past SLA. CS decides the outreach.

WORKS AT: any team with usage or product data to pull from.
Triage the queue before a person touches it

A password reset and a client about to leave wait in the same line.

Most queues are first-in-first-out, which treats every ticket as equally urgent. It also means the routine stuff eats the same attention as the ones that matter.

Incoming tickets get classified by urgency and topic and routed to the right owner. The routine ones, a password reset, a billing lookup, get a drafted reply waiting for approval. Nothing sends itself. A person still reads and clicks send, just not from a blank page.

WORKS AT: any team fielding more than a handful of tickets a day.
Turn resolved tickets into the answer next time

The same question gets solved from scratch every time it's asked.

Somewhere in last month's tickets is the answer to next week's question, already written, already tested against a real account. Nobody goes back and finds it.

We mine resolved tickets for the pattern and have AI draft a knowledge-base entry or a reply macro from the actual resolution, not a generic template. A person approves it before it goes live. The library gets built from what already worked.

WORKS AT: any team where the same handful of questions keep coming back.
Find where your week goes

Most of what we build is specific to how you run support.

Nothing above may be your bottleneck. That's normal. The first thing we do in any engagement is map where the week disappears, then build against the two or three places that keep costing you.

WORKS AT: every business we work with.

One workflow, built and working.

The AI Ignition Package. One scoped engagement to get started.

From there, we build out the rest of your CS systems in 90-day cycles.

How we work

Delivery is async. You will not sit in status meetings, and you will not wait for a call to see progress. Documentation comes standard, so what we build stays yours if you ever want to run it in-house. We take on a small number of clients at a time and scope accordingly.

What we've built.

5hrs

A week of data entry eliminated. CRM auto-enrichment that keeps account records current without anyone updating them by hand.

70%

Less manual research time. An enrichment pipeline that replaced hours of lookup with a finished, scored record.

12hrs

A week, per person. A six-step intake workflow that absorbed the repetitive front end of a high-volume process.

We don't have customer-support-specific results published yet. When we do, they go here with real numbers.
